Safety in online dating does not mean nobody ever lies. It means you have ways to keep distance, report something, and not use photos as the ticket into Discovery.
No public profile photos in Discovery
In Discovery you hear voices. Photos someone uploaded stay hidden until a mutual Face Reveal. That reduces being sorted by looks first. It does not automatically make every profile “real”.
Face Reveal
A Face Reveal starts only when someone requests it. Photos become visible only after both people accept. One person cannot force a reveal. Declining is part of the model.
Blocking
If a conversation feels wrong, you can block. After that you should not be able to reach each other.
Reporting
You can report messages, profiles or audio. Moderation reviews reports. That is a path — not a promise that every abuse is caught instantly.
Account deletion
You can delete your account. That removes profile, voice, photos and likes. The other person typically sees a deleted account in existing chats.
What we do not claim
We do not say “100% safe”, “no fake profiles”, or “completely anonymous”. Anyone who dates online stays responsible for their own boundaries, meeting first in public, and what they share.

Frequently asked questions
Is Blind Talk anonymous?
No. You have a profile and can later share photos. In Discovery, photos are not publicly visible.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Deletion removes profile, voice, photos, likes and push tokens. Existing chats may show a deleted account to the other person.
